Please mark your calendars: on Friday, April 19, students will be dismissed at 12pm due to teacher professional development. Students will eat snack, but they will not eat lunch at school. Please be sure to pick up your students on time since staff will heading out to trainings.

Grades 3-5 will be taking the IAR (Illinois Assessment of Reading) test during the weeks of April 8-19. Please avoid taking any vacations and try to avoid making doctor's appointments for these weeks. It will also be very important for students to be on time since these are timed tests.

On Wednesday, April 17, every Wesley student will receive a big bag of books to take home from Bernie's Book Bank. We are so excited and thankful for this generous donation.

There will be no school the week of March 25-29 due to Spring Break. We hope you enjoy the time with your family.

PTA and Student Council will be co-hosting a Sock Hop dance for students on Friday, March 15 from 4:30-6pm. This is a drop-off event (no parents), but is only open to current Wesley Students. Students will be provided with a snack and the chance to dance in the gym with their friends. More information will be shared soon.

On Wednesday, March 6 from 4:30-7:30, you can eat dinner at McDonalds and get served by the Wesley staff. This fun event will help raise money for the Wesley PTA. We can't wait to see you there!
